WHAT
ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Besides commercial skills, you have an affinity with technology and administrative processes. Topec International offers you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization as a Sales & Order Coordinator.
As a Sales & Order Coordinator, you take care of the sales, purchase and logistics of parts all over the world within a small team for customers who have an installation of ours in operation. In Nigeria we have our own organization (Topec Nigeria) with local teams that operate and maintain the power plants at our customers. Based on the planning and targets that apply there, you and the responsible people on site ensure that all necessary parts are on site on time. You anticipate in such a way that you think along with what is needed with the aim that our colleagues on site have all the right parts immediately available. If an item can no longer be delivered, please suggest alternative items. Targets are set each year to which you can make a proactive contribution.
Other aspects of the position include:
- You are the point of contact for sales managers, customers and suppliers
- You are the connecting link between different internal departments
- You buy items and services
- You arrange the transport to the customer location including all necessary papers
- You make commercial calculations
- You prepare quotations and manage the order book
- You take care of the article management in our ERP system
- You maintain contact with suppliers and customers
- You prepare invoicing
WHAT
DO WE ASK?
You are a commercial person and you are administratively strong. You feel responsible for ensuring that all matters are arranged in a timely manner, so that your colleagues can get to work immediately and with the right equipment upon arrival at our customers. You get energy from satisfied customers.
You also have:
- A completed education at a minimum MBO-4 level
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar commercial administrative position
- Demonstrable commercial feelingTalent for multitasking
- Affinity with energy technology
- Communicative skills in Dutch and English in word and writing
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
